Account Executive
Abundant Marketing
Abundant Marketing is looking for a detail-oriented, multi-skilled Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to own technical campaign execution, website maintenance, email nurture automation, and operational task tracking. This role addresses operational bottlenecks by managing core technical deliverables, so leadership can focus on agency growth and strategic client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Paid Search & Lead Generation: Set up, manage, and optimize Google AdWords and Local Search Ads campaigns. Monitor keyword bidding, negative keywords, conversion tracking, and ad spend to maximize client ROI, while generating monthly performance reports. WordPress Website Maintenance & Page Builds: Perform routine plugin updates, security backups, and site speed optimizations. Build custom service landing pages (~1 page/week) using tools like Elementor or Divi, and troubleshoot layout bugs or broken form integrations. CRM Automation & Email Lead Nurture: Construct automated email nurture sequences and lead routing workflows in platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. Connect lead capture forms to CRM pipelines and monitor email open and click-through rates. Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP): Optimize GBP listings with weekly geotagged updates, service additions, and photos to secure top 3 Google Map Pack positioning. Audit local directory citations and review acquisition workflows. Agency Operations & Support: Maintain organized Asana task boards to enforce deliverable timelines, assist with pre-call discovery research, and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidate Qualifications Hands-on technical experience managing WordPress websites, Google AdWords accounts, and email marketing platforms. Paid Advertising Competency: Practical knowledge of keyword match types, negative keywords, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking. WordPress & Page Building: Demonstrated capability in updating plugins, editing Elementor/Divi/Avada page builders, and setting up web forms. Systems Mindset: Strong familiarity with Asana project tracking, Google Workspace, and CRM workflow builders.
