Responsibilities Monitor and control access to venues during events to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular patrols of event areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Assist in crowd management to ensure a positive experience for all attendees. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances as they arise. Collaborate with event organizers and local law enforcement to maintain safety standards. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing venue policies and procedures. Document and report any security incidents or irregularities during events. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and practices. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the public. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in emergency situations. Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical fitness to stand for long periods and respond quickly to incidents. Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety and professionalism. Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
