Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a critical role in carrying out that mission by helping people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals. Position Details Monday‑Friday: Flexible hours Location: Greensboro, NC Compensation: $12.00‑$18.00/hour Responsibilities Provide care in the home and community of the individual. Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, toiletry, and diaper changes. Transport the client to appointments and run errands. Help plan and organize their schedule. Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health record system. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary of $15.00 per hour. 403(b) Retirement Plan. Qualifications Experience: entry‑level, on‑the‑job training provided. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge: basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols. Skills: interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are a must. Technology: proficiency with EHR systems or the ability to learn.
