Job Description

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: 8H Days M-F, 0730-1630, minimal call required

Job Description:

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform a variety of imaging studies and procedures, including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures using specific equipment such as GE and Phillips. The role requires starting IVs, collaborating with in-house radiologists, and working with various PAC systems including EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS. Experience in an acute care setting is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures.
• Operate department-specific equipment such as GE and Phillips systems.
• Utilize EPIC and McKesson PACS for patient record management.
• Work with in-house radiologists and initiate IVs as necessary.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine technology.
• BLS Certification and WA License.
• Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N or NMTCB).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional weekend and holiday requirements.
