• $19.00 - $24.00 per hour base + performance pay
• $50,000 - $75,000+ annual earning potential
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No evenings or weekends)

Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales & Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys phone-based sales, building customer relationships, and earning more through performance in a structured, supportive environment.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Schedule service calls, maintenance plans, and replacement appointments
• Follow proven call scripts and objection-handling techniques
• Build trust with customers and provide excellent service
• Accurately log all interactions and activities in ServiceTitan
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or call centers is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Motivated by targets and performance-based incentives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• HVAC or home services experience is a big plus
