Therapist

Role: Full-Time Therapist In Training Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation and skill-building, maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, collaborate with community partners, and engage in ongoing supervision and professional development. The primary focus is on individual therapy, with occasional group facilitation opportunities. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field; practicum experience; eligibility for or current Wisconsin "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT); valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, and trauma-informed care knowledge. Skills & Key Duties: Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based practices, trauma-informed approach, collaboration, documentation, and flexibility in scheduling. Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain professional growth.
