This entry-level position is ideal for International Medical Graduates with a minimum of three years of research experience, though a strong interest in clinical research would also be a great fit. The organization values individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn and grow as we expand into new therapeutic areas. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple studies. Assist Principal Investigators and other clinical staff with study-related tasks. Screen, recruit, and enroll research participants. Obtain consent and conduct research visits for data collection, including no-risk and minimal-risk trials. Collect, process, and ship research specimens, where applicable. Document study-related information in case report forms or electronic data capture systems. Handle data queries and participate in monitoring visits. Obtain, review, and maintain source documents. Maintain organization of all trial-related documents and correspondence. Implement quality control and assurance methods. Communicate with study sponsors, research team, and the Institutional Review Board. Assist with basic regulatory document preparation, including study amendments, adverse event reporting, and protocol deviation reporting. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of clinical trials and standards of care. Protect patient confidentiality. Qualifications International Medical Graduate with a minimum of three years of research experience. Strong interest in the clinical research field (preferred but not required). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Motivated to learn new tasks and technologies. Respectful of diverse points-of-view and committed to inclusive teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Education/Training: MBBS, BMBS, MBChC, MBBCh, MD, DO, MCM, DM, MMSc, MMedSc, MM, MMed, MS, MSurg, MChir, MCh, ChM, CM, MSc, DCM, DClinSurg, DMSc, DMedSc, DS, DSurg, or Radiology experience. Phlebotomy skills. Database and computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and assume responsibility. Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices.
