No Visa restrictions, but looking for Banking finance domain background and also local for McLean, VA
Overview
Seeking a pragmatic UX Product Designer to create intuitive enterprise web applications. You will partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, accessible, component-based experiences using a user-centered, data-informed approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design: flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Apply accessibility best practices in all designs.
- Provide UX QA during development to ensure fidelity.
- Conduct lightweight usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to and follow the Design System.
- Present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of Product/UX Design experience (fintech preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Figma/Justinmind or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, and Agile (Jira).
- Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI tools.
- Experience designing enterprise applications with component-based UI.
- Accessibility-focused design experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong prototyping abilities.
