Marketing Strategist – Affiliate (Solar) Company: Housebuildr Type: Independent contractor / affiliate partner (commission-only)
Location: Los Angeles area preferred — open to remote affiliates with LA-area reach or an audience in our service areas

About the role

Housebuildr is looking for affiliate marketers who know how to generate real, qualified solar leads. This isn't a job — it's a partnership. You bring us people who are ready to talk about going solar, we pay you great commission for every qualified lead you deliver. No cap on how much you can earn; the more leads you bring, the more you make.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified solar leads through your own marketing channels — social media, paid ads, email, content, community, or referral networks (we're open minded)
• Drive interested homeowners to book a qualified appointment with our sales team
• Stay current on solar offers, incentives, and talking points so your marketing stays accurate and compliant
• Communicate regularly with our team on lead quality and volume

Qualifications

• Track record generating leads in solar or other home services (roofing, HVAC, windows, etc.) strongly preferred
• Affiliate or referral marketing experience in any niche also considered
• An active audience or platform you can market to — social following, email list, website, community, or local network
• Self-starter who can run their own campaigns without close supervision
• Based in or with strong reach into the Los Angeles area

Compensation

Paid per qualified lead/appointment — $100-$250 per qualified appointment. THEN $1500-2k per closed deal (you would not need to close the deals. Our closers have a 65% closing rate. Uncapped earning potential; the more qualified leads you deliver, the more you earn.
