Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans. \n

- Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress regularly through structured check-ins. \n
- Offer teletherapy and virtual session options for clients who may encounter transportation or mobility barriers. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure accountability in client care. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development to refine clinical skills and stay informed on current best practices in therapy. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required. \n

- Demonstrated empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients’ experiences and struggles. \n
