What You’ll Do Drive and transport employees to and from inventory events in a safe and timely manner Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program Travel to retail locations Lead by example and uphold the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork Active Work Details Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Climbing ladders when needed Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment What We’re Looking For At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 to drive a personal vehicle for business needs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using handheld technology Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, and related backgrounds are valuable for this position.
