RN Supervisor - Port Washington, New YorkWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team at the Sands Point Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.ResponsibilitiesEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and their familiesMaintain documentation of resident care services by auditing resident and department recordsCreate appropriate care plans for residentsHandle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to youHelp establish and implement employment policies and proceduresMaintain the standards of care for the unitsReview resident records and quality of careMonitor overall care and review individual residents' casesAddress questions or complaints brought forward by residents or their familiesRequirementsValid RN license required2-4 years management experienceLong-term care experience preferredKnowledge of city, state, and federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilitiesAdditional InformationThis is a part-time and full-time position, with the possibility of full-time nightsSalary: $60 hourlyWe offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, as well as opportunities for professional growth and developmentIf you are a motivated and experienced RN Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
