Rheumatologist Position

About the Position Duke Health's Division of Rheumatology and Immunology in conjunction with the Duke School of Medicine seeks a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Rheumatologist to practice at Duke Health medical centers and clinics in the Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina. The position is an open rank Clinician Educator track. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and education. Key Responsibilities Devote the majority of time to the practice of rheumatology in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Serve as a faculty member, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Participate in a team of exceptional rheumatologists and collaborate across multiple subspecialty clinics, including inflammatory eye disease, lupus, pregnancy, scleroderma, neuro‑inflammatory, and rheumatology‑oncology clinics. Encourage and develop a subspecialty interest to provide state‑of‑the‑art care and enhance teaching and research opportunities within and beyond Duke. Qualifications Fellowship-trained rheumatologist with board eligibility or certification (BC/BE). Strong commitment to patient care, education, and research. Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
