Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ER, managing a caseload of 5-10 patients on average
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care on Med Surg floors with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required
• Experience and comfort working in both ER and Med Surg settings
