As a part of our team, you will be entrusted with the management of a small team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch work. Responsibilities
- Oversee a small team of 2-3 employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Monitor and manage time for your team, ensuring optimal productivity.
- Adhere to and enforce all safety and company policies.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Mow Crew Leader.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Class E license or equivalent to obtain a DOT.
- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Pass pre employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in USA, E-Verify check will be required
Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and skills.
