RN Supervisor

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility. Key Duties organizing staff assignments, supervising clinical activities, monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and responses, administering medications, and responding promptly to residents' needs. collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and vendors, performing resident assessments post-incident or change in condition, leading emergency responses, and maintaining accurate documentation such as staffing sheets and census rosters. Qualifications current RN license in New York, with preference for experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's care. Ideal Candidate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, patience, and a dedication to providing exceptional care. Flexibility & Availability Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork are essential. Vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory. The role involves rotating weekend availability and shift work, including day and night shifts.
