About Us Naniq Truck Drivers are the face of our company. You will deliver freight to customers on a scheduled delivery route in a safe and efficient manner. Professionalism and accuracy is essential to our customers. Our drivers check and scan each pallet, delivering accompanying paperwork to the customer. At each stop on the route, you will off-load items using a hand truck and ramp and interact with customers. Pay & Incentives Pay Range $24.48 - $30.00 per hour DOE and License Class Tier 1: This Tier Is the Previously Called “Weekend Premium Policy” Work a Regular Weekend Schedule of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (2 of the 3 Days) Earn $2/Hour Added to Base Pay Tier 2 : Work 4 Full Weekday Shifts (Mon–Fri) Earn $5/Hour Added to Base Pay Tier 3 : Work 5 Full Shifts per Week or Work 3 Full Weekend Shifts (Fri–Sun) Earn $7/Hour Added to Base Pay Sign-On Bonus Class B CDL or Class 4 Drivers $500 paid on your first paycheck Additional $750 paid after 6 months of employment License Incentive Program Up to $1,500 available to assist with obtaining your Class B CDL or Hawaii Class 4 License Incentive subject to prorated repayment if employment ends before the agreed-upon period Quarterly Loyalty Incentive Bonus Earn an additional $2.00 per hour worked , paid quarterly Excludes PTO and holiday pay In compliance with Hawaii pay transparency expectations, the posted range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role.
