Position Overview Perform electrical work related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of electric power, lighting, and communication systems throughout the plant. What You'll Do Install conduit, motors, controls, PLCs, instruments, and service equipment Interpret specifications, blueprints, schematics, and oneline diagrams Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across plant systems Operate tools and equipment safely and follow all safety procedures Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to support smooth operations Set up machines and equipment Perform additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring to the Team Valid manufacturing plant electrical license Strong troubleshooting skills in AC/DC circuits, motors, motor controls, PLCs, instrumentation, and communication systems Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, safety rules, and procedural manuals Effective written and verbal communication Ability to solve practical problems and work with multiple variables Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagrambased instructions Flexibility to work varying shifts or overtime when needed Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Two years of industrial experience preferred Current license holder in one of the following: Manufacturing Plant electrician (PJ) General Journeyman Electrician (J) Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to read work instructions and communicate clearly Ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, crawl, climb, stoop, kneel, and work at heights Ability to use hands for fine electrical work and manipulate plant fixtures Ability to exert up to 35 lbs of force Ability to work in environments with electrical risk, moving mechanical parts, heights, noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature variations Compensation Competitive Starting Pay & Amazing Bonus Program Regular Performance Reviews Advancement Opportunities Paid Vacation & Holidays Excellent Benefits Great 401(k) Program Safe & Friendly Work Environment 3 or 4-Day Workweek Optional Overtime with Incredible Overtime Incentives Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
