Creative Director Art Director

RiVidium is seeking a Creative Director / Art Director to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members families and related stakeholders. Lead (15 yrs) Supports assigned PWS task area; provides subject matter expertise operational execution and measurable performance reporting aligned to task objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead visual direction and creative development for mission-focused campaigns and digital products.
- Translate concepts messages and audience needs into compelling digital and print-ready visuals.
- Partner with writers strategists and multimedia teams to produce integrated content packages.
- Help ensure visual products meet accessibility usability and quality expectations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15 yrs) Supports assigned PWS task area; provides subject matter expertise operational execution and measurable performance reporting aligned to task objectives.
- Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
- Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public sector defense or mission-focused digital communications programs.
- Familiarity with audience analytics user-centered design accessibility and content performance measurement.
- Experience collaborating across content design stakeholder engagement social media and campaign teams.
Work Setting
This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria Virginia area with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria Virginia area is expected with on-site support as required by the customer.
