Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Youth Career Coach to guide 16–24 year-olds in identifying interests, strengths, and goals, and to help them plan and achieve career or education outcomes. You will provide coaching, mentorship and resources while coordinating with schools, managers, and centers.
