True Blue Roofing is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing team as an In-Home Sales Closer. As an In-Home Sales Closer, you'll meet with homeowners through scheduled appointments and guide them through the process of selecting the right roofing solution for their needs. You'll use a consultative sales approach to educate customers, answer their questions, and help them make confident decisions—all while delivering an outstanding in-home experience.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's roofing needs and goals.

• Present roofing products and services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner.

• Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners.

• Answer customer questions and address objections confidently and professionally.

• Prepare and present proposals and guide customers through the purchasing process.

• Successfully close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with team members to continually improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in in-home sales and/or a closing role is required.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend tailored solutions.

• Professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers' homes.

• Excellent active listening and objection-handling skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve.

• Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus.

Compensation

This is a commission-only sales position with exceptional earning potential.

Successful Sales Closers commonly earn:

• $85,000 – $325,000+ annually

Your income is directly tied to your performance, giving you unlimited earning potential.
