Job Description Job Description Meat Cutter / Meat Processing Associate Location: San Juan, TX Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with some weekends as needed Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Meat Cutter for a busy food production facility in San Juan, TX. This position is responsible for preparing and cutting meat for large-scale food production in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: Recent meat-cutting experience within the past 12 months is REQUIRED Recent hands-on experience operating a commercial band saw is REQUIRED Candidates without recent meat-cutting and band-saw experience will not be considered. Job Duties: Safely operate a commercial band saw to cut meat to specified sizes Defrost and prepare meat for production Trim, portion, and cut meat according to production requirements Handle and move meat and materials throughout the production area Follow food safely, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently to meet daily production demands Assist with other food production duties as needed Requirements: At least 1 year of recent meat-cutting experience, preferably within the past 12 months Recent experience using a commercial band saw Previous experience in a meat market, butcher shop, food processing facility, or similar production environment strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment How to Apply: For immediate consideration, please call or text Maria at View phone number on click.appcast.io OR call our office at View phone number on click.appcast.io and ask to speak with Andy, Jose, Karen, Sarai or Gian McAllen PandoLogic.
