Regional HR Manager

Regional HR ManagerRegional Human Resources Manager is responsible for day-to-day oversight of human resources activities in their assigned area. They are also responsible for developing and overseeing an effective recruiting, screening, hiring, orientation, and onboarding program in the assigned area. In addition, the RHRM is responsible for assisting and supporting with all staff coaching, discipline and performance evaluations activities as well as monitoring operations in assigned area for compliance with company policy and local, state, and federal regulations.Primary duties and responsibilities include:Demonstrates complete knowledge, understanding and compliance of company policies and procedures.Responsible for monitoring staffing levels in all operations to maintain operational efficiency.Ensures the security of all company computer systems by adhering to security procedures and utilizing appropriate passwords policies.Managing the human resources management and payroll systems and providing leaders with the essential reporting to appropriately manage their employee resources.Responsible for overseeing the tracking, monitoring and submitting of payroll and payroll corrections per company policy.Receives and resolves any field crew questions, concerns or issues regarding pay, benefits, or other personnel issues.Ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and accurate.Responsible for overseeing and developing / implementing programs to ensure that all field staff maintain appropriate certification and licensure for their position.Ensuring organizational conformation with applicable human resources regulations and statues, as well as organizational procedures and policies.Responsible for oversight, security, and maintenance of employee files in accordance with company policy in all local, state, and federal regulations and ordinances.Assists Vice President of Operations in ensuring that operations are compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations and ordinances particularly those related to human resources activities.Always maintains security and privacy of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPPA and all other local, state, and federal regulations.Always acts with his/her personal safety in mind, as well as the safety of others.Sets an example of professionalism and leadership for others to follow.Assures all company goals, objectives and procedures are followed daily.Ability to travel as needed.Performs other duties as directed by management.Reports To:Regional President (Direct Report)Vice-President of Human Resources (Technical Support & Advice)Vice-President of Operations (Collaborates with local VPO's and DO's)Minimum requirements include:Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.Excellent administrative skills and be detail oriented.Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills.Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Mentor and supervise staff.Solid verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects.Willing to work additional hours to meet tight deadlines when needed.Proficient with all Microsoft Office software packages.Qualifications and education requirements:Minimum of four years human resources experience.Minimum of two years human resources management experience.Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field / equivalent experience preferred.SHRM certification preferred.Physical requirements include:The ability to reach, push and pull.The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.The ability to complete all job duties during all hours of the day and night.The ability to use mouse / keyboard to input data into computer for extended periods of time.The ability to view graphic and text data on multiple computer screens for extended periods of time.
