Registered Dietitian (RD)- PART TIME or Contract

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian/s for skilled care community. Candidate must be able to complete onsite visits Monday‑Friday during regular business hours. 14 total hours per month. DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED DIETITIAN (RD) As a Long‑Term Care consulting Registered Dietitian, you improve the lives of seniors by ensuring their meals meet high nutritional standards. You work closely with the clinical team to monitor the nutritional needs of the residents, provide nutrition education, support an MDS team, and formulate nutrition assessments with input from your dining manager. With a commitment to quality, you provide guidance on all dining services, including meal rounds, sanitation best practices, and regulatory compliance. You train and provide guidance to dining managers and staff and assist with policy development, while monitoring the implementation of effective nutritional care systems. QUALIFICATIONS Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials Licensed (if required by State) 2 years of consulting experience is preferred, but we consider many factors. Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solid interpersonal and communication skills, professional representation, and a passion for coaching and mentoring. WORK SCHEDULE This position offers some flexibility during your Monday‑Friday schedule.
