Position Title: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description : As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of service are met in both the front and back of the house. Leading by example, you will motivate and inspire your team while mentoring their skills and fostering their growth. Balancing administrative duties with a presence on the restaurant floor, you will demonstrate enthusiasm and delight every guest, every time.

Qualifications:
  • Consistent support to the success of the operation is expected from the Restaurant General Manager
  • Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction are essential qualities
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to achieve solid financial results
  • Desire to mentor and develop others
  • Minimum of 3 years of high-volume experience as a Restaurant General Manager
