Store Director - Short Hills

Summary The Store Director will lead the Short Hills team to achieve sales and client development objectives while embodying the brand promise. This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong people development skills, and active presence on the sales floor to ensure exceptional client experiences and sustainable business growth. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the store team to drive performance and deliver superior client service. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store sales goals and KPIs. Manage store operations, inventory controls, and adherence to budgetary targets. Recruit and onboard talent, provide regular feedback, and create individual development plans to support career progression. Requirements Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets. Strong people management and coaching skills with the ability to build high‑performing teams. Experience managing store operations and budgets, with excellent organizational skills.
