Account Manager

S&K Building Services is growing fast-and we're looking for driven, competitive, relationship‑builders ready to fuel that growth as an Account Manager.
If you thrive on the thrill of the close, love building long‑term partnerships, and want real earning power with real impact, this is your moment. In this role, you'll take ownership of your territory, develop smart sales strategies, and play a critical role in expanding our national footprint.
You won't just manage accounts-you'll open doors, create opportunities, and help shape the future of S&K.
What You'll Do
- Generate and close new business through door‑to‑door outreach, cold calls, presentations, and networking
- Build creative, "out‑of‑the‑box" sales strategies-and measure what works
- Qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals that move the needle
- Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client goals and needs
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts, follow up on leads, and keep opportunities moving
- Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings to stay ahead of the curve
- Track performance and provide insights using sales and financial data
- Grow and maintain a strong client base within your assigned territory
Who Wins in This Role
You're confident, motivated, and energized by results. You bring:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the field services industry
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience with CRMs (Smart Service a plus)
- Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills
- Tech‑savvy mindset and data‑driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivation, discipline, and competitive drive
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
- Residence in-or willingness to travel to or relocate to the New Orleans, LA area.
