OTB Operations Lead - Customer Experience & Compliance

Churchill Downs Louisiana Horseracing Co. is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee multiple operating departments within the OTB. The candidate will supervise hourly staff, ensure equipment is operational, and help implement marketing promotions at the facility in New Orleans area. Must have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with strong reading and numerical skills.
