School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, Colorado

Make a positive impact as a Speech Language Pathologist working with elementary and middle school students during the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time, contract role near Aurora, CO, is ideal for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting the communication needs of young learners in dynamic educational environments. What we’re seeking: Valid Colorado SLP license and current CDE certification ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience or strong interest in school-based practice Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Role features and responsibilities: Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions for elementary and middle school students Develop, implement, and review IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and family members Support students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency needs Conduct screenings and progress monitoring to guide targeted support Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of student progress Engage in professional development for best practices in school-based SLP services In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to earn $50–$60 per hour, making a meaningful difference in students’ lives each day.
