Medical Receptionist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator for a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. This position will begin prior to our current employee's maternity leave to allow for training and a smooth transition.

? Answer phones and assist patients

? Schedule appointments

? Greet and check in patients

? Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

? Assist with prior authorizations (training provided)

? Maintain accurate patient information in the EMR Qualifications:

? Friendly, professional, and patient-focused

? Strong computer and multitasking skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication

? EMR experience preferred

Skills and Requirements

• Medical office experience preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred - Insurance verification and authorization experience is helpful but not required.
