Pharmacy Manager

We're partnering with a local client to find a licensed Pharmacy Manager for a full-time position. In this role will oversee the overall management of the Pharmacy and the staff's completion of professional assignments. The Pharmacy Manager will direct high quality pharmacy services and provide medical supplies to customers and patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and laws regulating pharmacy practice. Minimum Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience Specialty pharmacy or home infusion experience preferred Additional licensure may be required according to state Applicable active state licensure Post graduate training Additional licensure may be required according to state Minimum 7 years Pharmacist experience, preferably direct compounding Efficiency in CPR +/Care Tend is desired Excellent customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Location Highlights Discover Dublin, OH and the surrounding area. Dublin offers a mix of outdoor recreation, dining, and cultural events. Enjoy nearby parks and trails for walking and cycling. The area hosts seasonal festivals and neighborhood markets. Commuting is straightforward with access to major roadways and local amenities. Role Focus This position will emphasize pharmacy staff management, training, development, and orientation of new staff. The existing pharmacy manager at this location will focus primarily on operations; this role will complement that structure.
