Overview Anticipated Speech Language Specialist - F/T Tenure Track – Mountain Lakes School District Join to apply for the Anticipated Speech Language Specialist - F/T Tenure Track role at Mountain Lakes School District . 2026-2027 School Year F/T Speech Language Specialist (Tenure Track) NJDOE Speech Language Specialist Certification Required . Experience working with the deaf/hard of hearing students preferred. Knowledge of Sign Language and/or Auditory-Verbal Therapy training a plus. Includes Medical/Dental Benefits. Salary range per MLEA CBA , refer to for more information. Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services to students as appropriate, in alignment with IEP goals and district policies. Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and support staff to implement and monitor services. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans and progress for students with communication disorders. Deliver both direct and consultative services to students across the Lake Drive Program. Qualifications New Jersey Department of Education Speech Language Specialist Certification required. Experience working with deaf/hard of hearing students preferred. Knowledge of Sign Language and/or Auditory-Verbal Therapy training a plus.
