Position Overview :
We are on the lookout for a skilled Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to become part of our expert team. This position entails delivering comprehensive care to patients suffering from advanced heart failure, including those in need of mechanical circulatory support and heart transplants. The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to advancing heart failure management and have a minimum of three years of post-fellowship experience. We also encourage applications from recent graduates of Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology fellowships who exhibit exceptional promise in this specialty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide specialized care for patients with advanced heart failure, overseeing their journey from diagnosis through long-term management in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

• Assess and manage patients for treatments such as ventricular assist devices (VADs) and heart transplantation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including transplant surgeons, heart failure nurses, and pharmacists, to create personalized care strategies.

• Engage in clinical trials and contribute to research efforts aimed at improving outcomes for heart failure patients.

• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, lifestyle changes, and heart failure management.

Qualifications :

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in both Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology .

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex heart failure and advanced therapy cases.

• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication abilities.
