Board Certified Behavior Analyst

\ \ Schedule:\ Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM\ \ \ Setting:\ Onsite\ \ \ Language:\ Fluent Spanish Preffered\ \ Position Summary\ \ We are seeking a \ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\ to join a collaborative clinical team providing behavioral services to children primarily between the ages of \ 3–9 year old\ .\ \ This is a great opportunity for both \ experienced BCBAs and newly certified BCBAs\ who have the appropriate supervisory experience at the master's level. The BCBA will have autonomy over their caseload and daily schedule while providing clinical supervision, working directly with children, participating in clinical meetings, and supporting families through parent training.\ \ Responsibilities\ \ \ Provide direct clinical supervision and behavioral support to children.\ \ Manage and prioritize your caseload with a high level of autonomy.\ \ Conduct approximately one-hour supervision sessions with children.\ \ Greet and communicate with parents and caregivers during arrival and departure.\ \ Support children during daily routines, including lunch and transitions.\ \ Complete and maintain accurate supervision and clinical documentation.\ \ Participate in regular clinical meetings focused on case reviews, clinic logistics, theme days, and other clinical initiatives.\ \ Provide parent and caregiver training as needed.\ \ Review and provide feedback on clinical reports and documentation.\ \ For more experienced BCBAs, provide oversight and guidance to master's-level supervisors and support the review and editing of reports.\ \ Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.\ \ Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for children and families.\ \ \ Caseload\ \ \ Primary population: Children approximately \ 3–9 year old\ \ \ Caseload's can range from 14 + depending on experience\ \ \ Qualifications\ \ Required\ \ \ Active \ BCBA certification/license\ .\ \ Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday.\ \ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\ \ Comfortable working directly with young children and their families.\ \ \ Preferred\ \ \ Bilingual English and Spanish\ \ Previous experience working as a BCBA.\ \ Experience providing clinical supervision.\ \ Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.\ \ Experience with parent/caregiver training and behavioral treatment planning.\ \ \ \ Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply!\ Candidates who have recently obtained their BCBA certification may be considered if they have the required master's-level supervisory experience.\ \ Schedule\ \ \ Monday–Friday | 8:45 AM–5:15 PM\ \ \ This is an \ onsite, hands-on clinical environment\ where BCBAs work closely with children, families, and other members of the clinical team.
