Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a remarkable experience. You will lead and manage the team, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for great food, and a commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of associates to provide outstanding customer service. Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and cleanliness. Monitor and maintain budget and financial controls, including labor and food costs. Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are met at all times. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Hire, train, and develop team members, creating a positive, high-energy work environment. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency. Drive sales growth and profitability through marketing, promotions, and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a positive and safe work environment for both team members and customers. Qualifications: Proven experience in a management or leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in the quick-service or fast-casual industry. ServSafe Manager Certification (don\'t have it? We\'ll help you get there) Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory control, and financial management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
