Senior Financial Planning Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Senior Financial Analyst position for a manufacturing company on an exciting high growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of FP&A or cost accounting experience, and strong Excel skills. Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will directly support the Controller with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational analysis. This position partners with leadership to provide financial insights, improve business performance, and support key decision-making initiatives. Responsibilities Prepare forecasts, annual budgets, and financial projections. Produce monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Analyze inventory, reserves, and financial risks. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls. Manage fixed assets and support lease accounting compliance. Identify opportunities to improve operational and financial performance. Support ad hoc reporting and special projects. Qualifications Desired Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or cost accounting experience. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. Manufacturing experience. ERP system experience.
