Concentra Urgent Care

Concentra, a leading health care provider in Phoenix, is hiring a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist. The role is an independent contractor position requiring 4-hour shifts either weekly or biweekly at the Concentra location. This position involves treating work-related injuries and requires flexible scheduling to accommodate your private practice. Applicants should be graduates of accredited MD or DO programs, possess a valid DEA license, and have Medical Malpractice Insurance.
