About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Executive Development and Organizational Effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the enterprise strategy in these areas, with a focus on executive talent, succession, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership. This role is pivotal in serving as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors, and in building a scalable and integrated talent system that ensures strong leadership pipelines, future-ready capabilities, and sustained business performance. Key responsibilities include leading executive succession governance, creating world-class executive development experiences, and owning the end-to-end talent process for the enterprise. The role also involves leading the company's organizational effectiveness strategy and partnering with senior leaders to enhance organizational health and enterprise capability. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master’s degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a preference for those with at least 5 years' managerial experience and a minimum of 2 years' focused on talent assessment. The role requires a candidate with over 15 years' of related professional experience, deep expertise in succession planning, talent reviews, performance and potential assessment, and executive development. Skills for success in this role include strategic talent governance, executive presence, and influence, as well as exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be an enterprise expert in executive assessment, team effectiveness, and organizational diagnostics, and will have a proven track record in leading change and transformation initiatives.
