As one of our carpet care apprentices, you will learn all aspects of the trade including carpet cleaning, restoration, repair, and water extraction. Skilled at creative problem‑solving and critical analysis Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening Eagerness to learn and apply new cleaning knowledge Friendly demeanor with a positive go‑getter personality Self‑starter mentality with great time‑management skills Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities Basic computer and smartphone skills Availability to work Monday‑Friday with a mandatory weekend and overnight on‑call rotation Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes) Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record Capability to pass background check and drug screening Apply now to innovate your future with Creative MultiCare!
