Job Description DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Director, Imaging Svcs oversees all technical and clerical staff in the Imaging Services department. Oversees technical procedures, Quality, JCAHO and State requirements. Ensures the workflow of safe and effective patient care. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree for existing caregivers must obtain within 2 years of hire date. Coursework/Training: Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Profession. Upon hire: National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Upon hire: National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification Upon hire: California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment with 4 years Management experience. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of experience managing Imaging Services clerical support. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
