Commercial Construction SuperintendentWe are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead daily on-site construction operations for our client, a leader in commercial construction throughout the Oklahoma City area. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, maintaining documentation, and supporting field teams.$55,000 - $70,000 a yearKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations and subcontractor adherence to scopeLead safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddlesMaintain field logs, redlines, photos, and documentation (BuilderTrend or similar)Verify layout, elevations, and compliance with construction drawingsEnforce site safety, cleanliness, PPE, and access controlTrack weather delays, deliveries, RFIs, and daily reportingCoordinate with engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staffManage punch lists and support final inspectionsSubmit daily progress reports to managementQualifications3-5 years of construction field experienceStrong knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch managementExperienced in implementing best practices on job siteSkilled in reading plans and resolving layout issuesOSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experienceValid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicleAuthorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred)Work EnvironmentActive job site environment with frequent walking, climbing, and outdoor exposure.
