Maintenance Technician

Hiring Maintenance Technicians - Entry Level

Hiring for a large automotive manufacturing facility in Delphos, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing union manufacturer offering strong overtime potential, career advancement opportunities, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, motors, gearboxes, and molds
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Work with 480V and 3-phase equipment
• Troubleshoot PLCs as needed
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete repairs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience changing motors, gearboxes, and molds

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ottawa, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
