As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging recreational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being among our residents. **Responsibilities:**

* Plan, organize, and lead daily recreational activities, including arts and crafts, games, entertainment events, and outdoor excursions
* Develop and implement individualized activity plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities align with residents' medical and rehabilitation goals
* Maintain accurate records of activity participation, resident feedback, and outcome measures
* Supervise and guide activity assistants and volunteers to ensure activities are conducted safely and effectively
* Develop and implement special events, such as holiday celebrations, theme days, and cultural festivals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in activity programming and dementia care

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in recreation therapy, gerontology, or a related field preferred
* At least 1 year of experience in activity coordination or a related field; experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia preferred
