Media Supervisor

Overseeing the execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, the full-time Programmatic Media Supervisor will manage campaign performance, lead a team of Programmatic Traders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with client objectives in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize live programmatic campaigns while ensuring adherence to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) requirements Oversee and mentor Programmatic Traders, delegating tasks and ensuring quality assurance of deliverables Act as the primary programmatic contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required 4-7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, data analysis, and campaign management Proven experience managing programmatic campaigns and leading teams Expertise in demand-side platforms such as The Trade Desk and DV360 Working knowledge of HIPAA and data-privacy considerations relevant to HCP and DTC/patient targeting
