If you're experienced in property maintenance and looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that appreciates your work, we want to hear from you!What You'll Do:As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. Tasks include:Proactively maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances.Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair.Respond promptly to resident service requests.Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained.Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.What We're Looking For:We're seeking dependable professionals with strong technical and problem-solving skills.Requirements:Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenanceSolid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance installation and maintenance.High school diploma or GEDFull-time availability, including ability to be on-callStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy You'll Love Working With Us:We believe great employees deserve great benefits.
