About the Role:

Hälsa Dental is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Wheat Ridge, CO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference every single day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff

Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions

Process patient check-out, collect co-pays, and handle billing transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories

Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth daily scheduling and patient flow

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft ro Google Office and general computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
