Yardi Support Specialist

Serving as the internal Yardi platform expert, the full-time Yardi Support Specialist will ensure operational continuity across managed properties by monitoring support tickets, providing user training, and managing user access, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor and respond to Yardi support tickets, triaging and resolving issues efficiently while communicating with requestors Provision new user accounts and manage role-based permissions, ensuring compliance with company security standards Configure property lists and system settings for newly onboarded assets, collaborating with transition teams to ensure accurate setup Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience in a multifamily residential environment Deep knowledge of the full Yardi platform, including leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, and reporting Experience managing department structures and consolidated reporting groups in Yardi Proven ability to manage user access and role-based permissions with an understanding of security best practices Strong written communication skills for documentation and cross-team coordination
