Responsibilities Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, helpful approach. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Support the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
