Mobile Truck & Trailer Technician

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time position as a Mobile Truck & Trailer technician. We are locking for a highly motivated and customer focused Mobile Truck & Trailer technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing intermediate service and repairs for our customers tractors, trailers, chassis, and power equipment of all types. Under supervision, this role works outside of the shop, servicing equipment at our customers locations using our mobile service trucks. Workload description: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, including tire replacement, electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair ABS systems, brake repairs and basic structural repairs to truck and trailers 1 equipment. Accurately complete work orders and other written materials to complete your jobs. Properly operate the mobile service truck and attend to truck inventory.. Perform annual FHWA inspections. Demonstrate proficient use of a cutting torch and welding equipment to perform repairs as needed. Patch notes In corner caps, side walls of trailers and repairing holes on roofs. As well as putting Safety First daily, we are needing prior heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance experience. Hours: Day shift Monday thru Friday. Multiple start times ranging from 6:00am to 10:00am In an Shr shift, with possible overtime requested. Being on a revolving weekly on call afterhours list is required.
