What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that enable business growth.
- Be a trusted advisor to managers by coaching them through performance, employee relations, conflict resolution, organizational change, and leadership challenges.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment, empathy, and a strong understanding of employment practices.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace experience.
- Apply a solid understanding of US employment laws, compliance requirements, workplace regulations, and HR best practices.
- Partner across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, and Immigration to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Use data, insights, and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making, simplify processes, and enhance the employee experience.
- Continuously look for better, faster, and smarter ways to deliver HR through technology and automation.
What We're Looking For
- 37 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience supporting US employees.
- Strong experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and manager coaching.
- Working knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, and HR policies.
- Basic understanding of US immigration processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- A growth mindset with a genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve productivity and create better HR experiences.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
